Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry
  3. Proven experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  5. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Strong understanding of technology and software development processes
  8. Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment



Responsibilities

  1. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  2. Develop product strategies and roadmaps based on market trends and customer needs
  3. Manage and prioritize product features for development, considering both short-term deliverables and long-term strategy
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch and market acceptance
  5. Design and implement go-to-market strategies, working with all departments to execute
  6. Measure product performance using relevant tools and techniques
  7. Drive product growth and profitability by identifying and addressing improvement areas
