Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 0-5 years of experience in a customer support or customer success role, preferably in the technology industry
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and support tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Preferred: Knowledge of the real estate industry and related technologies
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling and resolving technical and non-technical issues
- Manage customer relationships, track customer success metrics, and work towards improving them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively
- Develop knowledge base articles and FAQ content for customers based on common inquiries
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and tools
- Track customer feedback and work with the product team to implement changes
- Conduct customer training sessions and webinars to help customers understand our platform better
