US Tech Solutions is looking for experienced Non-IT / Business Professional US Recruiters to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for US-based Banking, Finance, and Business Professional positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based Business Professional requirements.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, professional networking platforms, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and assess candidates against job descriptions and client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and compensation.
• Present qualified candidates to Account Managers and hiring teams.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
• Ensure timely submission of high-quality candidates and provide consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment preferred.
• Experience recruiting for Banking, Finance, Accounting, or Business Professional roles.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate-evaluation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent follow-up and candidate relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to work EST/US shifts and work onsite in Hyderabad.
