Requirements

1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required
2. A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably within the B2B industry
3. Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases
4. Excellent decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
7. Preferred: Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, etc.)

Responsibilities

1. Lead the full cycle of recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
3. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
4. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
5. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
6. Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
7. Conduct job and task analyses to document job requirements and objectives
