Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required
- A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably within the B2B industry
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Lead the full cycle of recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job requirements and objectives
