About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BDM with a strong track record in Staffing / Recruitment / IT Services to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across India & US markets.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in acquiring Indian & US staffing clients
  • Proven sales & revenue achievement
  • Experience with IT/Non-IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, RPO, or Workforce Solutions
  • Strong client network & business development skills
  • Knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099, Direct Hire) is a plus
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Naukri, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
