We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in IT sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have experience selling Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, or other cloud-based IT solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver the best customer solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Microsoft technologies.

• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and business development.
• Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience selling Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, or other IT services.
• Understanding of cloud solutions and enterprise software.
• Experience with digital prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach.
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose value-driven IT solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or B2B sales.
