• Workday HCM certification is required.
• 0-10 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, and Reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday HCM solutions according to client requirements.
• Develop and manage business processes within the Workday platform.
• Provide hands-on expertise on Workday HCM core, security, and reporting functionalities.
• Support clients through the lifecycle of Workday HCM projects, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of Workday HCM solutions with other systems.
• Continually enhance technical skills and stay updated on the latest industry trends and Workday releases.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM issues.
