Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in backend software engineering.
3. Proficiency in Java, NoSQL, SQL, DSA, System Design, Spring, and PostgreSQL is required.
4. Strong problem solving and communication skills.
5. Experience working in a remote team and ability to work independently.
6. Experience with performance tuning, release management, and production support.
7. Excellent project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems using Java, NoSQL, SQL, DSA, System Design, Spring, and PostgreSQL.
2. Develop high-quality software design and architecture.
3. Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
4. Collaborate with front-end engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
6. Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies and optimizations.
7. Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
