Experience: 1year to 5years

• Excellent spoken English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making 100+ calls/day
• Sales-driven mindset
• Willingness to work night shifts

Role Responsibilities:

• Handling US carrier & shipper calls
• Freight booking and dispatch coordination
• Negotiating rates and building carrier relationships
• Contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction
