Candidates should possess barista skills, including experience with espresso machines and specialty coffee preparation. Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming guest experience. Candidates should possess effective communication skills for clear, respectful interactions with guests and team members (English a must, Hindi or Telugu a plus) Candidates should possess an understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
