Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Tender Operations with hands-on experience in tender filling, bid preparation, documentation, and online tender submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant government and private tenders/RFPs.
• Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
• Handle end-to-end tender filling and online submission.
• Prepare technical/commercial bids, compliance sheets, and required documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Technical, and Legal teams.
• Track tender deadlines, corrigendums, submissions, and results.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and bid documents.

Requirements

• 6 months–2 years of experience in Tender/Bid Management.
• Hands-on experience in filling and submitting tenders.
• Good knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals.
• Understanding of RFPs, RFQs, EMD, compliance, and bid documentation.
• Good MS Excel/MS Office and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in IT/Technology/FinTech tenders will be preferred.
