We're looking for an Executive – Warehousing Operations to join our Supply Chain team and learn the fundamentals of warehouse operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and understand how products move seamlessly from warehouse to customer.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely dispatches.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational SOPs.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Learn and contribute to warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management processes.
• Support audits and compliance activities while maintaining operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related disciplines.
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP/WMS is an added advantage.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a hands-on approach.
