Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a QA automation role
3. Strong knowledge of Automation Testing, Manual Testing, and Performance Testing
4. Technical skills including Selenium, JMeter, and JUnit are essential
5. Excellent problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
8. Preferred: Experience with or knowledge of agile methodologies

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and implementation of automation scripts in a fast-paced environment
2. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)
3. Manage bug tracking and resolution processes
4. Work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality product delivery
5. Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content
6. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
7. Design test scenarios for usability testing
