EmployVision Inc. is hiring experienced US Staffing Recruiters for our Bangalore team.

Location: MG Road, Bangalore

Work Mode: On-site

Joining: Immediate Joiners / 15–20 Days Notice

Ideal Profiles: US IT Recruiters | US Non-IT Recruiters | Techno-Functional Recruiters | BFSI Recruiters

We are looking for candidates with:

• Strong hands-on experience in US recruitment and sourcing
• Experience working on Direct Client requirements
• Experience in Direct Hire / Full-Time and W-2 Contract positions
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other job portals
• Stable career history with minimal employment gaps
• Candidates who have not frequently changed organizations
• Currently based in Bangalore and willing to work from MG Road

Not eligible: Candidates whose primary experience is with Implementation Partners / Implementation Vendor requirements.
