About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic growth driver to lead our webinars function end-to-end — from content planning and speaker onboarding to driving registrations, engagement, and revenue. You’ll be the brain behind our most visible learner touchpoints, and work at the intersection of content, sales, social media, and product marketing.

You’ll also build and mentor a lean team to scale webinar-driven growth with full ownership, autonomy, and the firepower of a strong brand like Simplilearn behind you.



What You’ll Own

  1. End-to-end webinar strategy and execution: themes, formats, calendar, target personas, and GTM plans
  2. Audience building: drive targeted registrations with support from our CRM, paid, and social teams
  3. Revenue focus: not just hosting sessions, but turning interest into inquiries and course enrollments with support from our sales team
  4. Data + storytelling: work closely with the CRM, copy, and product marketing to translate complex topics into sharp, digestible narratives and analyze performance data
  5. Speaker curation and preparation: train your team to scout, onboard, and prepare internal and/or external speakers to deliver high-impact sessions
  6. User experience: optimize the pre, during, and post-webinar journeys to maximize attendance and conversions with support from our Copy and CRM teams
  7. Experiment and scale the performance engine: test new formats (program preview, live Q&As, masterclasses, etc.) and scale what works
  8. Team leadership: lead and mentor a lean team to deliver results




What You Bring

  1. Sound experience in content marketing and webinars, with experience leading high-performing webinar sessions or virtual event campaigns
  2. A storyteller’s mindset with a strong command of content, structure, and hooks
  3. Proven ability to drive pipeline, revenue, or signups
  4. Comfortable with data — you know what to measure, how to interpret it, and how to act on it (you don’t need to be an expert in data and analytics)
  5. Experience working cross-functionally with copy, sales, product, and performance teams
  6. Bonus (but not mandatory): Experience with tools like Zoom Webinar, Webex, or marketing automation platforms
