• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and healthcare professionals.
• Generate leads and qualify prospects for sales opportunities.
• Build rapport and relationships with potential clients.
• Overcome objections and address customer concerns.
• Record and track call data for performance analysis.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong telephone presence and ability to speak clearly and confidently.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.
• Graduate with a bachelors degree.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Commitment of 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
