Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support role, preferably in the Real Estate & Construction industry.
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with the knack to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients over phone and email.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Work closely with the team to meet customer service goals and improve processes.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Participate in company-provided training sessions for continuous learning and self-improvement.

Salary/Compensation: $28.00 - $48.00 per hour
