Requirements

  1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support role, preferably in the Real Estate & Construction industry.
  2. Strong technical skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Problem-solving abilities with the knack to handle customer complaints effectively.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  6. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
  7. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.



Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients over phone and email.
  2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  4. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  5. Work closely with the team to meet customer service goals and improve processes.
  6. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  7. Participate in company-provided training sessions for continuous learning and self-improvement.

Salary/Compensation: $28.00 - $48.00 per hour
