Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar HR role
  3. Proficient in using HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  4. Knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and methods
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Strong decision-making skills
  7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  8. Preferred: Certification in Talent Acquisition or related field



Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage complete recruitment life-cycle including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating employment offers
  2. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired profiles
  4. Enhance employer branding through participation in recruitment events and initiatives
  5. Ensure all recruiting activities are in compliance with global and local laws and regulations
  6. Manage applicant tracking system and generate reports on hiring activities
  7. Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  8. Stay current with latest trends in recruitment technologies and methodologies
