Requirements

  1. A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5-7 years experience in a sales role.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Self-motivated and driven with a keen interest in driving sales.
  6. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Responsibilities

  1. Lead proactive outreach to potential clients through various channels.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
  3. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
  4. Present our company to potential clients in a professional and engaging manner.
  5. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  6. Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  7. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target markets.
  8. Track and report on sales performance and suggest improvements.
