The Bench Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Anantapur. This position is responsible for marketing and placing bench consultants, identifying suitable job opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing and new client accounts. Daily activities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating rates and terms, and tracking consultants’ status to ensure timely placements. The role involves maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and collaborating with account managers and leadership to meet staffing goals. The Bench Sales Recruiter is expected to work proactively, achieve placement targets, and uphold professional communication with clients, vendors, and consultants.

Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales Recruitment and bench marketing, with experience promoting and placing IT or professional consultants. Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management. Candidates should possess skills in Account Management, including maintaining client and vendor relationships, understanding client needs, and managing requirements. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Relevant experience in IT staffing or consulting environments, particularly in bench sales or recruitment, is highly beneficial. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Comfort with using recruitment tools, job portals, CRM or ATS systems, and standard office productivity software. A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience in recruitment or staffing.
