About the Role

MM Nova Tech is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for multiple companies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in bookkeeping, account reconciliations, advanced Microsoft Excel, and accounting software, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain books of accounts for multiple companies.
  • Record daily financial transactions and journal entries.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Perform bank, credit card, vendor, customer, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end/year-end closing.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and auditors.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial schedules using Excel.
  • Ensure timely and accurate accounting records across all entities.
Requirements
  • 6–7 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
  • B.Com or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reconciliations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF formulas, data analysis, and MIS reporting).
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally Prime, Xero, or similar.
  • Experience managing books for multiple companies (Domestic & International) is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with Canadian or international companies is an advantage.
