What You Will Do

• Design, test, and refine prompts for various LLMs to power our internal tools and student-facing AI features.
• Work closely with course creators to generate high-quality educational content, quizzes, and summaries using AI.
• Develop robust system prompts for our “AI Tutor” to ensure it provides accurate, safe, and pedagogically sound responses to students.
• Identify edge cases and hallucinations in AI outputs and iteratively improve prompt structures to mitigate them.
• Document successful prompt templates and best practices for the team.

What We Are Looking For

• Deep curiosity and hands-on experience using consumer AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.).
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong grasp of language, tone, and context.
• Understanding of basic prompt engineering techniques (e.g., Few-Shot Prompting, Chain of Thought).
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to systematically test and evaluate AI outputs.
• Basic coding knowledge (like Python) or familiarity with APIs is a bonus, but not strictly required.
