Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in both WalkMe and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with advanced certifications in WalkMe and/or SuccessFactors.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and creation of WalkMe content for SuccessFactors.
  • Make informed decisions about which content types to prioritize based on expertise in both WalkMe and SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of WalkMe into our SAP solutions suite.
  • Provide expert consultation on WalkMe functionalities and best practices.
  • Regularly review and update WalkMe content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy development and enhancement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and advancements in WalkMe and SuccessFactors.
