We are looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified IT professionals for U.S.-based positions.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job boards, and internal databases.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
• Recruit for various IT roles and technologies.
• Verify candidate skills, experience, availability, and work authorization.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS/CRM records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet daily/weekly recruiting and placement targets.

• Experience in US IT Recruiting / Staffing preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. IT recruitment and work authorization.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in U.S. time zones and a target-driven environment.
