• Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.
• Research potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Create compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams for project understanding, estimation, and proposal preparation.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and convert leads into projects.
• Maintain bid records, lead pipelines, and regular follow-ups.

• 2+ years of experience in IT bidding/business development.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of web, mobile, and software development services.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
