We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Supply Chain & Procurement to join our team at EXL. In this role, you will spearhead end-to-end sourcing and supply chain execution, driving cost savings and enhancing supplier performance.

You will define category strategy, optimize demand and inventory, digitize processes, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability goals. Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in supply chain and procurement software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Experience in digitizing processes and implementing digital tools for supply chain management is a plus.


Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and supply chain execution to deliver cost savings and improve supplier performance.
  • Develop and implement category strategy to optimize demand and inventory.
  • Digitize processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, Manufacturing/Delivery, Legal, and IT to achieve cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability goals.
  • Manage risk mitigation efforts related to supply chain and procurement processes.
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance and service levels.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain and procurement practices within the company.
