Requirements- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
- Experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in supply chain and procurement software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Experience in digitizing processes and implementing digital tools for supply chain management is a plus.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end sourcing and supply chain execution to deliver cost savings and improve supplier performance.
- Develop and implement category strategy to optimize demand and inventory.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, Manufacturing/Delivery, Legal, and IT to achieve cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability goals.
- Manage risk mitigation efforts related to supply chain and procurement processes.
- Monitor and report on supplier performance and service levels.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain and procurement practices within the company.
