The Video Editor role at Flipsoft Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into polished marketing and promotional content for various digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and managing media assets, applying transitions and effects, integrating motion graphics and text overlays, and ensuring consistent color grading and visual style. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and creative teams to understand campaign objectives, refine storyboards, and align video content with brand guidelines. The Video Editor will also optimize videos for different formats and platforms, maintain high quality standards, and support continuous improvement of visual content strategy.

Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, capture, and assemble compelling visual content. Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across all projects. Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and animations. Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is beneficial. Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of digital marketing and social media video formats are preferred. Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage deadlines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to feedback is required. A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
