Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-6 years of experience in HR and recruitment
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
