Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2. 1-6 years of experience in HR and recruitment
3. Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases
4. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
5. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
6. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
7. Proficiency in spoken and written English
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities

Responsibilities

1. Lead the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
3. Manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance
4. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
5. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
7. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
