The Rescuer is a full-time, on-site role based in HAZI RA, focused on supporting safe operations in industrial environments. Responsibilities include performing and assisting in rescue operations from heights, confined spaces, and other hazardous areas according to established safety protocols. The Rescuer will participate in safety drills, maintain and inspect rescue and safety equipment, and support training sessions by demonstrating safe rescue techniques. The role involves closely following standard operating procedures, collaborating with trainers and safety officers, and responding promptly and effectively to emergency situations. The Rescuer is expected to maintain high physical readiness, adhere to all regulatory requirements, and contribute to continuous improvements in workplace safety practices.

Qualifications

• COMPULSORY DIPLOMA IN INDUSTRIAL FIRE AND SAFETY WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE
• 12 hour shift and Immediate joiners only
• Candidates should possess skills in rescue operations, working at heights, and confined space safety.
• Candidates should possess skills in disaster management, fire safety, and basic emergency response procedures.
• Candidates should possess skills in scaffolding safety, rigging and slinging, and safe use of safety equipment.
• Candidates should possess skills in hazard identification, risk assessment, and adherence to industrial safety protocols.
• Relevant certifications in industrial safety, rescue operations, or emergency response are highly beneficial.
• Good physical fitness, willingness to work in challenging environments, and readiness for shift or emergency-duty schedules are required.
• Prior experience in industrial safety, fire and rescue services, or related fields is an advantage.
