Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the tech industry
3. Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
6. Experience with HR software and HR metrics
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
8. Knowledge of labor legislation
9. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
3. Manage employee relations and address issues and complaints in a timely manner
4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
5. Manage benefits and compensation programs
6. Collaborate with different departments to ensure HR procedures are understood and followed
