Wiki Writers is looking for a sharp and detail oriented Data Analyst to join our team. If you love turning numbers into insights and helping teams make smarter decisions, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

1. Analyse performance data across Wikipedia page creation campaigns and client projects
2. Track key metrics including page approval rates, turnaround times, and client satisfaction scores
3. Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give the team clear visibility on performance
4. Identify trends, patterns, and gaps in data to improve processes and outcomes
5. Support the marketing team with SEO and traffic data analysis
6. Present findings in a clear, straightforward way that non technical team members can act on

What We're Looking For

1. 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role
2. Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and at least one analytics tool such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
3. Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions
4. Good communication skills and ability to present data clearly
5. Detail oriented with a strong sense of accuracy
6. Experience in a digital agency or content services environment is a plus
