Role Overview: Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy for the organization. This role ensures a seamless hiring experience, aligning recruitment processes with business objectives while enhancing employer branding. The position oversees workforce planning, recruitment operations, and strategic hiring initiatives for both store and corporate talent acquisition. This role collaborates with CHRO, other HR vertical Heads and relevant business leaders to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans
  • Establish best-in-class recruitment practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor hiring practices to refine talent acquisition approaches
• Recruitment Operations & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment operations for corporate and store hiring
  • Drive efficiency in sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Ensure adherence to turnaround time and recruitment SLAs for various roles
  • Optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruitment platforms
• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Enhance candidate experience through streamlined processes, transparent communication, and engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and corporate communications teams to build a strong employer brand presence
  • Promote employee value propositions (EVP) across recruitment channels and employer branding campaigns
• Diversity Hiring & Strategic Initiatives
  • Drive diversity and inclusion (D&I) hiring initiatives in alignment with corporate goals
  • Establish talent programs for niche hiring, leadership recruitment, and early-career talent acquisition
  • Collaborate with universities and institutions for campus hiring programs and internships
  • Leverage data analytics to track and improve hiring performance and quality
• Team Development & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering professional growth
  • Partner with business heads and HR teams to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job portals, and industry networks
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in talent acquisition
