Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
2. 2-4 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar UX-related role.
3. Strong knowledge in interaction design and visual design.
4. Experience with a variety of design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
6. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

1. Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile and web.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
3. Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
4. Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
5. Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings.
6. Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of new and existing applications.
7. Conduct usability research (both online and offline) and gather feedback to enhance user experience.
