Software Knowledge

• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality long-form videos for YouTube
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance engagement
• Add Motion Graphics and Animations
• Ensure fast-paced, platform-native editing style
• Collaborate with the content team on storytelling and structure

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of long-form YouTube editing
• Good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
• Experience with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to work quickly and iterate based on feedback

Bonus / Good to Have

• Experience in YouTube growth and content strategy
• Ability to write or improve hooks and scripts
• Familiarity with AI tools for editing or voiceovers
• Strong motion graphics skills (highly preferred and a big advantage)
