Job Description: BUYER

• Maintaining and updating all production and Sampling related records.
• Communicating with vendors and internal teams
• Purchase Order creation
• Sourcing & indenting
• Style analysis and fashion trend analysis
• Checking the in-house status of materials required for production.
• Vendor Management - Order closure, submission follow up and shipment followup to ensure timely delivery

Required (Must Have) skills:

• 2-7 Years of work experience with a Retailer/ Buying Agency/ Export House
• Handled Knit & Woven Apparel product. Experience in Apparel Buying/ Sourcing /Product Development is essential
• Kids-wear experience added advantage
• Sound product and production knowledge
• Excel/ Advanced excel skills compulsory

• Strong in Communication
• Negotiation Skills
• Vendor development
• Understanding of Quality parameters and testing requirements
• Open to Travel
