• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Screen profiles against job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers

• Fresh graduate or prior internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Available to join immediately
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred
