• A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is required.
• Experience in project management ranging from 0-10 years, with a proven track record of managing and delivering projects.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with both team members and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential issues and implement effective solutions.
• PMP certification is preferred, but not required.

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that meet both company and client objectives.
• Manage and mitigate project risks to ensure that projects meet objectives and deadlines.
• Work closely with stakeholders to address project issues and drive successful outcomes.
• Ensure the effective and efficient use of company resources throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Monitor and report on project progress, and implement changes as necessary.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
