We're Hiring Management Trainee – Buying (6 months to 1 year) Assistant Manager – Buying (2–4 years) Manager – Buying (5–8 years)

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

Develop customer-focused product assortments and range plans.
Drive seasonal buying, product selection and range development.
Analyse sales trends, customer insights and market opportunities.
Identify product gaps and support new product development.
Monitor product performance and manage the product lifecycle.
Work closely with Merchandising, Planning, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Retail and Ecommerce teams.
Stay updated on fashion trends, competition and consumer preferences.

What We're Looking For

Graduate in Fashion Management/Retail.
Experience in Apparel Buying (Menswear/Womenswear/Kidswear).
Open to working across multiple product categories.
Strong analytical skills with good understanding of trend analysis and range development.
Proficient in MS Office.
Passion for fashion and retail.
