Job Description – Cricket Coach

• Plan and conduct cricket coaching sessions for students of different age groups.
• Teach batting, bowling, fielding, fitness, and match strategies.
• Assess players' performance and provide individual feedback.
• Organize practice matches, trials, and tournaments.
• Ensure player safety and maintain sports equipment.
• Promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Coordinate with school staff and parents regarding students' progress.

Qualification/Certification:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• ICC Level 1 Coach Certification, BCCI/NCA Coaching Certification, or an equivalent recognized cricket coaching certification.
• Prior coaching experience in schools, academies, or clubs is preferred.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification is an added advantage.
