Qualification: Any Graduate (Full time)

Experience: 1-4 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only

Shift Timings: US Shifts/ Night shifts (09:30PM to 06:30 AM)

5 Days Work from office is mandatory

Week Offs: Rotational Offs

Job Level: 2A/ 3A

Designation: Senior Process Executive/ Process Specialist

Note: Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience will be also considered for 3A for US Retirement process

Excellent Communication is mandatory

Role Overview: Perform complex transaction processing across various processes like Withdrawals / Terminations / Forfeitures / Plan to Plan transfers/ Contributions / Vesting/ Funding / Dividends / Exchanges / External Audits / Fees / Demographic (Census) / Hardships / RMDs / QDRO / Beneficiary / Loans / Adjustment (corrections) processing /Excess Processing / Rollovers / Tax withholdings

Minimum Experience: 2 - 4 yrs in 401K DC/DB recordkeeping operations

Previous operations and financial services knowledge required, with relevant functional experience.

Documents to Carry: Carry a printout your updated resume. Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport). All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)

Mandatory to carry: Smartphone with good front camera, charger and Headset for Assessment, Government ID proof Hardcopy.

Pointers to note: Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions. Original Government ID card is must for Security Clearance
