About the Role

The role

The person should be a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter with proven experience in the real estate industry to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The role requires a deep understanding of real estate-specific positions, excellent networking skills, and the ability to attract top talent that aligns with our organizational culture and goals.

Key responsibilities

  1. End-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
  4. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  5. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule further interview rounds.
  6. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports.
  7. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.


Key skills and experience required

  1. Candidates must be Graduate or above .
  2. Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the real estate industry.
  3. Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for mid to senior-level roles.
  4. Strong networking skills and knowledge of talent acquisition tools and techniques.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  7. Should comply with the laid down SOP’s and policy.
