Responsibilities (Quality Special Process):

• Identification and finalization of scope of qualification.
• Review of contractual documents, TDS and decision on the invoked test methods, inspection methods and quality requirements applicability.
• Generation of Industrialization (Qualification Plan) in concurrence with the applicable stakeholders.
• Follow up and timely review of the qualification plan with the applicable stakeholders and mitigate the associated challenges.
• Coordinating with ME-Special Process and review of special process requirements for new processes and equipment.
• Coordinating with customer technical focal and SCQM for the technical challenges, review and status of the qualification for each process.
• Leading the special process team for technical manufacturing process audits, test methods audits with the Primes for first time qualification.
• Single point focal to the customers and customer calls - Weekly reviews, technical calls and PMRRRCA generation and closure of customer action plans.
• Reviewer and finalization of the internal procedures associated with the new programs for HWI (Quality Requirements) and Laboratory procedures.
• Generation and review of technical queries and Approved deviations with customers.
• Generation and review of first time qualification test programs.
• Generating and submission of industrial qualification dossiers to the customers and seeking qualification.
• Identification of the process category - Special and Non-special process, Manufacturing process, test methods and inspection methods.

Required Skills:

• Captive Laboratory Responsible for Captive Laboratory Management in terms of activity management, active solution analysis and periodic testings (internal and external).
• Responsible for on time PTP participation as per QTML, finalization on the applicable kits identified, execution and test results upload on PTP portal.
• Final reviewer of the test methods and solution analysis procedures.
• Assessment and surprise review of the lab management and verification of activities.
• Responsible for adding new testing capabilities for the laboratory.
• Responsible for executing the improvement drive Budget Allocation during AOP.
• Troubleshooting of the problems and issues associated with bath and lab related technical issues.
• Customer Audits - Surveillance and Test Methods Identification and jointly agreement with the respective customer for audit scope.
• Creating the audit demonstration strategy with the respective stakeholders and having a formal agreement with customers.
• Single point of contact for the customers in terms of audit execution and acceptance of the audit report.
• Deliberation with the customers in terms of non-conformance closures and critical issues.
• Responsible for on-time closure of the action plan and retaining the approvals.
• Authorization for Technical coordinator and receiving inspection manager.
• Generating, review and approval of industrial compliance dossiers.

Preferred Skills

• NADCAP Audits Responsible for identifying the applicable checklist and ensure to have the latest revision.
• Filling of the Nadcap checklist and uploading on time on the Nadcap portal.
• Review of audit advisories and implementation.
• Responsible for coordinating with the Nadcap auditor in terms of arrival and facilities.
• Lead the internal team for the Nadcap Audits and responsible for appropriate execution.
• Responsible for scope signoff with the PRI auditor.
• Deliberation with the staff engineer for the RRCA and on-time closure of non-conformance and critical issues.
• Responsible as a single point focal to get the facility reaccredited for the respective Nadcap commodity.

General Requirements

• Lead and Participation of the Corporate Audits and closure of non-conformances.
• Opportunity Statement: Responsible as a single focal for maintaining and upkeep of the special process approvals - Customer and Nadcap.
• Responsible for Weekly customer calls and executing the action points.
