About the Role

Bansal Plaza is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our operational team. As a CRE, you will serve as the primary bridge connecting mall management, retail tenants, and visitors. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints smoothly, executing engagement and marketing activities on the ground, and maintaining high service standards across the premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and escalations on the floor.
  • Resolve visitor complaints and operational issues in a prompt, professional, and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain logs of customer feedback to help management improve mall services.
  • Coordinate and assist in executing live events, seasonal campaigns, promotional drives, and retail activation activities.
  • Gather footfall trends and customer feedback during events to evaluate campaign success.
  • Support in-mall branding initiatives and coordinate with retail store managers for combined promotional offers.
  • Act as an operational link between visitors, store outlets/tenants, and internal department leads (security, housekeeping, maintenance).
  • Ensure store staff adhere to mall guidelines regarding customer service standards and floor decorum.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO (Customer Service/Support) or Customer Relationship Management role.
  • Prior experience in retail malls, shopping complexes, or the hospitality/hotel industry is an extra advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Warm personality with high emotional intelligence, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations tactfully.
Working Hours & Schedule
  • Weekday Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
  • Weekend Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Off-Days: Weekdays (Rotating week-off system).
  • Mandatory Requirement: No week-offs on Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or major National/Festival holidays. Candidates must be willing to work peak retail days.
