The Online Bidder role at Brucode Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Punjab, India. The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects through online platforms, preparing compelling proposals, and coordinating with the technical and design teams to understand project requirements and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in online bidding, proposal writing, and client communication for platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or similar marketplaces.
• Ability to understand and articulate IT services, including web development, mobile apps, cloud solutions, CRM/ERP, and digital marketing offerings.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, with clear, professional communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid research and analytical abilities to identify suitable projects, assess requirements, and estimate timelines and budgets.
• Experience in business development or sales for IT services is preferred; prior work in global client environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
