Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of growth marketing strategies and techniques including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization and landing page strategy
- Understanding of web analytics and how to use them for marketing
- Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools and keyword strategy
- Strong communication, team management and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of growth strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and LTV
- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal – to produce effective promotional materials
- Develop and manage comprehensive email marketing strategy
- Manage and lead the team towards achieving marketing goals and objectives
