Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the technology industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  8. Willingness to travel as required.



Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and execution of strategic sales and business development initiatives to drive growth.
  2. Identify new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients and partners.
  3. Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  6. Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.
