About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support full-spectrum HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes, strong regulatory compliance and a consistent employee experience. This role reports to the Senior Manager, People & Culture and works closely with local stakeholders and the broader People & Culture team, contributing to day-to-day operations while supporting ongoing initiatives to strengthen and standardise HR processes across the organisation.

CTC: upto 5.7 lakhs per annum

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Candidates should be willing to travel as required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Operations
    • Manage day-to-day People & Culture operations, including onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
    • Maintain accurate employee data and records in compliance with local employment regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with India labour laws and internal policies
    • Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, confirmation letters and employee correspondence.
    • Ensure timely updates and reporting.
    • Support attendance tracking in collaboration with relevant teams.
    • Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data through timely updates and regular data checks.
    • Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR matters (e.g. policies, processes, and benefits), providing timely and professional support.
    • Provide Data for monthly Payroll processing.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Support end to end recruitment for India, including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, Salary Negotiations and Offer release.
    • Assist in maintaining candidate records and recruitment documentation.
  • Culture & Engagement
    • Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and employee experience.
    • Support administration of employee benefits (e.g., insurance, incentives, and perks).
    • Assist in coordinating employee feedback cycles and follow-up activities.
  • Ad Hoc / Projects
    • Support HR projects, including process improvements and system initiatives (e.g. HRIS implementation)
    • Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, People & Culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Post Graduation in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of India Labor laws.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
