• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end Australian payroll experience, preferably in complex/high-volume environments.
• Experience with Employment Hero Payroll and AU payroll – non-negotiable.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Australian payroll compliance, including PAYG, superannuation, STP, GST, and BAS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

• Lead and manage end-to-end Australian payroll in a complex/high-volume environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to Australian payroll compliance, including PAYG, superannuation, STP, GST, and BAS.
• Develop a strong understanding of Fair Work requirements, Enterprise Agreements, Australian taxation, and statutory obligations.
• Manage payroll reconciliation and reporting, resolving discrepancies promptly and accurately.
• Execute data entry payroll processing while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the payroll field.
