Vasu Infosec Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Graduate to join our Tendering team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in government procurement, e-tendering, and business operations. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in GeM, CPPP, MahaTender, and other e-procurement portals.

• Search and identify relevant government and private tenders.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tenders through GeM, CPPP, MahaTender, and other e-procurement portals.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
• Prepare compliance statements and compile tender documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as estimation, design, purchase, and accounts to collect required documents.
• Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, clarifications, and submission status.
• Maintain tender records, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Learn and ensure compliance with tender requirements and company procedures.

• B.E./B.Tech in any engineering discipline.
• Good analytical and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Candidates residing near Kothrud or having convenient metro connectivity will be preferred.
