Job Details - Find Your Perfect Career Opportunity

We build custom business software for small businesses. CRM, ERP, HRMS, inventory, project management - you name it. One-time cost, not subscription. Looking for someone who can find the right people and get us in front of them.

What you will do:

• Find small business owners on Upwork, LinkedIn, Reddit, and industry forums who have a software problem we can solve
• Write proposals and DMs that sound like a person, not a bot
• Qualify before you book - right company size, real need, willing to have a conversation
• Book 8-12 qualified meetings per month
• Track your pipeline and report weekly

This is a writing-heavy role. You will send 40-80 personalized messages a day across multiple platforms. If you prefer cold calling, this is not the right fit.

What I need from you:

• 2+ years in outbound sales or business development (agency, SaaS, or services)
• Strong written English
• Comfortable working across Upwork, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora at the same time
• You think on your feet - if someone describes a problem, you figure out whether we can solve it rather than checking a list

Compensation: 4-10 LPA including incentives + ESOPs
